Building a pool is a large investment in your house. It will be a great addition to your house both from a value stand point as well as from a personal stand point. Your entire family will benefit from the pool: It is a great place to bring the family together on weekends, holidays, etc.
A pool project takes several months and will require engineering and planning before getting to the actual build. We start the project with the design phase. Our designer will come to your home and will create a 3D design to make sure that the pool design is to your liking. A virtual tour of the pool will be created with a few options. Once you decide on a design and you sign off on it, we get to the engineering and plans phase. Our engineer will draw plans, submit them to the city, and will get the necessary permits so that we can start with the pool build.
We can also design the backyard around the pool. This can be included in the design phase. Creating a beautiful pool with a nice back yard will give a new look to your house.
Pool Design & Build:
Below you can see the pool build stages. It start with the demolition of a concrete slab (In this case).
The area is then marked in order to have the pool boundaries defined. Next we start digging the actual pool area.
In this example, the pool will have a Jacuzzi on one side and a Baja on the other side.
The Baja will be used to for chase lounges inside the water.

Comments: Adam and his crew were very responsive to changes and additions to the work project. They remodeled our master bath and kitchen. The only issue we experienced was a delay in the cabinet installation which was no fault of Adam or his crew as the cabinet vendor was the cause of the installation and final completion of the project.
